Meet Our Core Team
A team driven by expertise, innovation, impact and a shared mission to reshape packaging sustainably.

Oliver Omondi, Founder & cEO
Oliver is a circular economy entrepreneur with over eight years of hands-on experience in banana fibre processing, paper milling and sustainable packaging production. His deep understanding of banana crop waste as a raw material for sustainable packaging production is not just technical, it’s personal. Raised in Kibera (Africa's largest urban informal settlement), Oliver witnessed firsthand the environmental and social consequences of plastic pollution, poor waste infrastructure and youth unemployment. Driven by this experience, Oliver founded Zuripacks to reimagine waste as a resource and transform communities into climate solution hubs. He is a CPA by training and an alumnus of multiple global entrepreneurship programs. Oliver leads the company’s vision and growth strategy, drives innovation and ecosystem development, forges strategic partnerships and fundraising efforts, and champions climate advocacy through impactful storytelling.
